About Nacatl War-Pride

Nacatl War-Pride, Creature — cat warrior, designed by James Kei first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on overwhelming the opponent with a swarm of powerful creatures, as it can quickly generate a significant number of token copies of itself. While Nacatl War-Pride is a strong card for creating a board presence, other cards like Avenger of Zendikar or Craterhoof Behemoth may be better options for a more immediate impact or game-ending potential. However, Nacatl War-Pride could still see play in decks looking to flood the board with aggressive threats and capitalize on overwhelming the opponent with sheer numbers.

Rules

05/01/07

If it’s impossible for Nacatl War-Pride to be blocked by exactly one creature, then the defending player may block it with multiple creatures or may leave it unblocked.

05/01/07

If Nacatl War-Pride becomes a copy of something else after the ability triggers but before it resolves, the tokens will enter the battlefield as copies of whatever the ex-Nacatl War-Pride is now. If Nacatl War-Pride became a copy of something else and then left the battlefield, the tokens will enter the battlefield as copies of whatever it was copying when it last existed on the battlefield.

05/01/07

Putting an attacking creature onto the battlefield doesn’t trigger “When this creature attacks” abilities. It also won’t check attacking restrictions, costs, or requirements.
