Marrow Chomper, Creature — zombie lizard, designed by Lars Grant-West first released in Apr, 2009 in the set Alara Reborn.
A deck focused on sacrificing creatures and gaining life would benefit from using Marrow Chomper in Magic: the Gathering. This card could be particularly useful in a Golgari or Jund sacrifice deck, where it can take advantage of its Devour ability to grow in power and provide a significant life gain when it enters the battlefield. While there may be more efficient cards for similar effects, Marrow Chomper could still see play in the right deck for its unique combination of abilities.
