Kormus Bell, Artifact, designed by Christopher Rush first released in May, 2020 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 13 different ways. It's a key card in 7 combos.
This card would be beneficial in a mono-black aggro deck that aims to overwhelm the opponent with a swarm of creatures. While Kormus Bell can turn all Swamps into creatures, it also opens up vulnerability to board wipes and removal spells that target lands. A better alternative might be Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, which turns all lands into Swamps in addition to their other types, providing mana fixing and ensuring that all lands can benefit from the creature effect without the risk of losing them. Overall, Kormus Bell could see play in niche strategies, but its potential drawbacks should be carefully considered before including it in a deck.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.

The lands are both lands and creatures at the same time. They are affected by anything that affects either permanent type.
