About King Crab
King Crab, Creature — crab, designed by Daniel Gelon first released in Feb, 1999 in the set Urza's Legacy.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board and disrupting the opponent's strategy would benefit from using King Crab in Magic: the Gathering. By repeatedly putting target green creatures on top of their owner's library, the King Crab can effectively neutralize threats and buy time for the controlling player to set up their win condition. However, there are better cards for this purpose, such as Aether Adept, which not only returns a creature to its owner's hand but also provides a body on the battlefield. While King Crab may not be the most optimal choice, it could still see play in specific metagames or strategies that heavily rely on green creatures.
