However, there are potentially better cards for this strategy, such as Nethroi, Apex of Death, which offers a more versatile and impactful mutate ability. Huntmaster Liger could still see play in a Mutate-themed deck as a solid inclusion for its synergy with other mutate creatures and its potential to snowball into a significant threat.
