Howling Fury, Sorcery, designed by Mike Dringenberg first released in May, 2020 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Howling Fury, would benefit aggressive black decks looking to quickly boost the power of their creatures for a lethal attack. While it can be effective in certain situations, there are better options like Temur Battle Rage or Brute Force that offer additional benefits such as trample or permanent power boosts, making them more versatile choices. Howling Fury could see play in specific aggressive decks, but its limited effect may not make it a top choice in competitive play.
