This card would be beneficial in a green ramp deck that focuses on quickly ramping up mana to have multiple Forests in play. Decks that aim to generate a large number of Forests would benefit the most from Howl of the Night Pack, as it can create a significant number of Wolf tokens. However, there are potentially better options for similar effects, such as Parallel Lives or Second Harvest, which can generate even more tokens for the same cost. Whether Howl of the Night Pack should see play depends on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, as well as the overall card pool available for selection.
