This card, Curse of the Bloody Tome, would be a great addition to a mill deck strategy in Magic: The Gathering, as it helps to accelerate the opponent's deck depletion. While it can be effective in disrupting the opponent's game plan, there are better mill cards available such as Mind Funeral or Glimpse the Unthinkable, which have a more significant impact on milling cards. However, Curse of the Bloody Tome can still be a viable option in a mill deck and could see play depending on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck.
