This card, Cliffside Lookout, would benefit a white weenie or aggro deck focused on building a wide board presence of small creatures. While it provides a temporary boost to all creatures you control, there are better options available like Benalish Marshal or Honor of the Pure that offer a more consistent and permanent buff to your creatures. Cliffside Lookout could see play in a budget deck or in a deck looking for additional ways to pump its creatures, but it may not be a top choice in more competitive or optimized decks.
