This card could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on stalling the game and outlasting opponents. The ability to repeatedly bring Chronosavant back from the graveyard can provide a strong late-game advantage, especially if the deck is designed to take advantage of skipping a turn. However, there are potentially better options available, such as cards that offer more immediate impact or better synergy with the deck's overall strategy. If Chronosavant is in your graveyard, you can activate this ability multiple times in response to itself. The first one that resolves will return Chronosavant to the battlefield and make you skip your next turn. The others will just make you skip turns.
