Brushstrider would be a good fit in a Green-based aggro or midrange deck looking to maintain board presence while also being able to attack and defend efficiently. While Brushstrider's Vigilance ability is useful, there are potentially better options available in the same mana cost range, such as Pelt Collector or Experiment One, which offer more aggressive potential. Brushstrider could see play in specific deck strategies that value its unique combination of abilities, but may not be a staple in every deck.
