About Bone Rattler Playtest

Bone Rattler Playtest, Creature — skeleton, designed by Ira Humphrey first released in Nov, 2019 in the set Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2019 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

A deck focused on graveyard recursion and token generation would benefit from including Bone Rattler in its strategy, as it provides a way to continuously generate Reassembling Skeleton tokens. However, there are potentially better cards for similar effects, such as Phyrexian Reclamation or Dread Return, which offer more versatile and powerful abilities. Whether Bone Rattler should see play would depend on the specific synergies and strategies of the deck, as well as the overall game plan and power level of the cards available.

Rules

11/12/19

For effects that look for or modify the creation of tokens, creating token cards isn’t the same as creating tokens.

11/12/19

Unlike a normal token, a token card doesn’t cease to exist in a zone other than the battlefield. It’s both a token and a card. It can move between zones any number of times and continues to exist for the rest of the game.
