A control deck focused on tempo and disruption would benefit from using Blue Dragon in Magic: the Gathering. While Blue Dragon's ability to weaken opponent's creatures can be useful for controlling the board, there are potentially better cards for similar effects, such as Frost Titan or Frost Lynx, which provide more impactful control options. Blue Dragon could see play in certain situations, but may not be a top choice for competitive decks.
