Aethermage's Touch, Instant, designed by Randy Gallegos first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.
A deck that focuses on recurring or reusing enter-the-battlefield effects would benefit from Aethermage's Touch, as it allows for consistent creature presence and triggers. While Aethermage's Touch offers a unique and flavorful effect, it may not be as efficient or versatile as other options like Show and Tell or Sneak Attack in certain competitive settings, but in a casual or themed deck, it could certainly see play for its fun and interactive gameplay.
