A deck that focuses on card advantage and library manipulation, such as a control or combo deck, would benefit from using Sleight of Hand in Magic: the Gathering. While Sleight of Hand can be useful for filtering through your library and finding key cards, there are better options available, such as Opt or Serum Visions, which provide similar effects with additional benefits. Sleight of Hand may not see as much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other cards in the same mana cost range.
