About Heartless Conscription

A deck that focuses on reanimation or graveyard recursion strategies would benefit from using Heartless Conscription, as it allows for a mass exile of creatures that can then be played from exile with any type of mana. While the card has potential in certain strategies, it may be too slow and costly for competitive play, with better options like Living Death or Rise of the Dark Realms providing more immediate and impactful effects in similar decks.
