While Concerted Effort can be a fun and flavorful card to play with, it may not be as competitive as other options available in the format, such as Odric, Lunarch Marshal, which provides a similar effect but with more flexibility and impact on the battlefield. Ultimately, whether Concerted Effort sees play will depend on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck it is included in.
