This card, Drag Under, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on tempo and card advantage. It can disrupt your opponent's board state by returning a key creature to their hand while also replacing itself by drawing a card. However, there are more efficient options like Unsummon or Vapor Snag that provide similar effects for a lower cost, making Drag Under less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
