This card, Necrologia, would be best suited for a deck that focuses on drawing cards and has a way to gain life to offset the life payment cost. Decks that can generate a lot of mana and have ways to regain life would benefit the most from this card. While Necrologia can be powerful in the right deck, there are arguably better options like Necropotence, which allows you to draw cards without paying life upfront, making it a more efficient choice in most situations. However, Necrologia could still see play in certain niche strategies or as a budget alternative to more expensive options.
