While it provides a good boost to other creatures and has the potential for token generation, there may be better options like Hero of Bladehold or Benalish Marshal which offer more impactful effects for a similar cost, making it less likely for Ultramarines Honour Guard to see play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks.
