Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts, Legendary creature — human advisor, designed by Karla Ortiz first released in May, 2013 in the set Dragon's Maze and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts would be a strong addition to a control-oriented deck in Magic: the Gathering, particularly one focused on stalling the opponent's creatures and generating value from token production. While Teysa's ability to destroy creatures that deal combat damage to you is powerful, there may be better options in terms of efficiency and synergy with other cards, such as Teysa Karlov or Elspeth, Sun's Champion. However, Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts could still see play in certain metagames or strategies that benefit from her unique abilities.

Protection from creatures means that Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts can’t be the target of abilities of creatures or abilities of creature cards in other zones, such as bloodrush abilities. Teysa also can’t be blocked by creatures, and all damage that would be dealt to Teysa by creatures is prevented.

Teysa’s controller gets the Spirit creature token, not the controller of the creature that dealt combat damage.
