The Stains of the Redback card would benefit a Shadow or Ninja class deck in Flesh and Blood since they often use Stealth attacks and may have ways to Mark the defending hero. A better alternative to this card might be Head Jab which also provides Go again and can be used in more situations. However, Stains of the Redback could still see play in certain matchups where you anticipate marking the hero frequently, making it a situational but potentially useful card in the right deck build.
