While it can be powerful in certain situations, there are potentially better options like Chandra, Torch of Defiance or Chandra, Pyromaster that provide more versatile abilities and consistent value. However, in a deck focused on dealing damage and capitalizing on opponent's creatures dying, Spiteful Banditry could definitely see play as a niche card for specific strategies.
