Silver Wyvern, Creature — drake, designed by Colin MacNeil first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A control deck that focuses on protecting its creatures would benefit from using Silver Wyvern, as it provides a way to redirect spells and abilities targeting it to other creatures. However, there are better options available such as Spellskite which can redirect any spell or ability targeting any creature, making it more versatile and impactful in a wider range of situations. While Silver Wyvern has its niche uses, it may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to the availability of stronger alternatives.

You must pick a legal target when redirecting the spell or ability.
