This card, Sibilant Spirit, could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on card advantage and disrupting the opponent's strategy. A better alternative could be a similar card that offers a more impactful ability upon attacking, such as a creature that triggers a powerful effect or hinders the opponent's board state.
