Screams of the Damned, Enchantment, designed by Jerry Tiritilli first released in Oct, 2001 in the set Odyssey.
This card, Screams of the Damned, would be a great fit for a control deck looking to disrupt the opponent's board state while also having a recurring source of damage. However, there are better options available such as Pestilence or Pyroclasm which offer similar effects at a lower cost or with additional benefits. Overall, while Screams of the Damned has its niche uses, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play.
