Roterothopter, Artifact creature — thopter, designed by Amy Weber first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Roterothopter would be a great addition to an aggressive red or blue deck that focuses on flying creatures and quick damage output. While its ability to pump itself up can be useful for pushing through extra damage, there are indeed better cards available in Magic: The Gathering that offer more impactful effects for a similar cost, such as Stormwing Entity or Skycat Sovereign. Roterothopter may struggle to find a place in competitive play due to its limited impact compared to other options available.
