A Zombie tribal deck would benefit greatly from Rooftop Storm as it allows for free casting of Zombie creature spells, providing a significant mana advantage and enabling explosive plays. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, such as Josu Vess, Lich Knight or Cryptbreaker, Rooftop Storm is a powerful and unique card that can be a game-changer in the right deck and is definitely worth considering for inclusion in a Zombie-themed deck.
