About Persistent Specimen

Persistent Specimen, Creature — skeleton, designed by Scott Murphy first released in Nov, 2021 in the set Innistrad: Crimson Vow and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and sacrificing creatures for value would benefit from using Persistent Specimen, as it provides a way to repeatedly bring back a creature from the graveyard. While there may be more efficient cards for this purpose, such as Bloodghast or Gravecrawler, Persistent Specimen could still see play in a deck looking to maximize its graveyard interactions and creature recursion strategies.
