A deck that benefits from Paradoxical Outcome is one that focuses on playing multiple nonland, nontoken permanents that have valuable enter-the-battlefield effects or that generate card advantage. Decks built around artifacts or creatures with powerful abilities that trigger when they enter the battlefield, such as artifacts with cost reduction effects or creatures with card draw abilities, can benefit greatly from being able to return them to hand with Paradoxical Outcome and then replay them to trigger their effects again.
