Muse Vessel, Artifact, designed by Christopher Rush first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension.
A control or tempo deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and utilizing the exiled cards for advantage would benefit from using Muse Vessel in Magic: the Gathering. While Muse Vessel offers a unique ability to exile and play cards, there are potentially better options like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek for hand disruption, or cards like Snapcaster Mage for card advantage. Muse Vessel could see play in more casual or niche decks, but in competitive settings, other cards may offer more consistent and powerful effects.

Only cards exiled as a result of the first ability can be played as a result of the second ability.
