Hidden Guerrillas would be a valuable addition to a green deck focused on disrupting opponents' artifact strategies while also providing a surprise creature threat. While it offers a unique ability to transform into a powerful creature, other cards like Reclamation Sage or Acidic Slime might offer more consistent and versatile artifact removal options. However, Hidden Guerrillas could still see play in specific metagames where artifact-heavy decks are prevalent, adding an element of unpredictability and combat potential to the deck.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
