Hakim, Loreweaver, Legendary creature — human wizard, designed by Alan Rabinowitz first released in May, 2020 in the set Mirage.
Hakim, Loreweaver would be a valuable addition to a control deck focused on utilizing Auras for powerful effects, especially with the ability to recur Auras from the graveyard. However, its high mana cost and specific conditions for activation may limit its effectiveness compared to other options like Bruna, Light of Alabaster, which offers a similar recursion ability with a more versatile and impactful effect, making it a stronger choice for decks centered around Auras. Overall, while Hakim has potential in the right deck, there are better options available that may see more play in competitive settings.

You only check if he has no Auras when activating the ability. You can use the ability multiple times in response to each other to get multiple Auras on him this way.
