The Gift of Fangs card would be most beneficial in a Vampire tribal deck in Magic: The Gathering, where it can provide a significant power boost to Vampire creatures. However, there are better options for this effect, such as Gift of Orzhova or Stensia Masquerade, which offer similar benefits without the drawback of reducing power and toughness for non-Vampire creatures. Ultimately, Gift of Fangs may not see much play outside of casual Vampire-themed decks due to its restrictive nature and better alternatives available.
