This Eyeless Watcher card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and utilizing token creatures for various purposes. Devoid synergy decks or Eldrazi tribal decks could make good use of this card for its ability to generate mana and provide sacrificial creatures. While Eyeless Watcher is a solid choice for such decks, there may be better options like Eldrazi Skyspawner or Nest Invader which offer additional benefits such as flying or more efficient mana generation, depending on the specific strategy of the deck. Cards with devoid use frames that are variations of the transparent frame traditionally used for Eldrazi. If a card loses devoid, it will still be colorless. This is because effects that change an object’s color (like the one created by devoid) are considered before the object loses devoid.

Some instants and sorceries that create Eldrazi Scions require targets. If all targets for such a spell have become illegal by the time that spell tries to resolve, the spell won’t resolve and none of its effects will happen. You won’t get any Eldrazi Scions.
