This Ekundu Griffin card would be beneficial in a white aggressive deck that focuses on attacking early and often, as its flying and first strike abilities make it a strong offensive threat. However, there are better options available in the current Magic: the Gathering card pool, such as Serra Angel, which offers a similar mana cost but with additional vigilance and a higher power and toughness. While Ekundu Griffin could see play in more casual or budget decks, competitive players would likely opt for more powerful alternatives.
