A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly, such as a green ramp or mana acceleration deck, would benefit from including Druid of the Cowl. While it provides a consistent source of green mana, there are better options available, such as Llanowar Elves or Elvish Mystic, which cost less and can accelerate mana faster. Druid of the Cowl could still see play in budget decks or as a backup option for additional mana ramp.
