Dementia Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Una Fricker first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral.
Dementia Sliver would fit well in a control or discard-themed Sliver deck, where the focus is on disrupting opponents' hands while maintaining board presence with Slivers. This card synergizes with other Slivers that enhance their abilities, allowing for a strategic approach to hand disruption. However, there are arguably better options for hand disruption, such as Thoughtseize or Hymn to Tourach, which provide more direct and reliable discard effects without requiring a creature to tap. While Dementia Sliver can be fun and thematic in a Sliver tribal deck, its effectiveness may be limited compared to these more efficient discard spells, so its inclusion would depend on the overall strategy and synergy of the deck rather than its standalone power.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
