Delivery Moogle would be beneficial in a white artifact deck with low mana value artifacts, allowing for quick card advantage and deck thinning. While it offers a useful tutor effect, more competitive decks might opt for slightly more powerful options like Stoneforge Mystic, which can put the artifact directly into play. However, for a budget or more casual deck, Delivery Moogle's ability can certainly find a place and provide incremental value to the strategy.
