A deck that focuses on casting spells frequently and targeting its own creatures would benefit from including Chorus of the Tides, especially in a tempo or control strategy. While Chorus of the Tides offers some card selection with scrying, there may be better options available depending on the specific deck archetype and strategy. Cards like Delver of Secrets or Snapcaster Mage could potentially offer more immediate value or flexibility in certain decks, but Chorus of the Tides could still see play in the right build for its unique abilities and flying evasion.
