A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and creature control would benefit from using Bond of Passion, as it provides a temporary but impactful way to steal an opponent's creature, untap it, give it haste, and deal damage to another target. However, there are potentially better options such as Act of Treason or Threaten which offer similar effects at a lower mana cost, making Bond of Passion less competitive in most deck builds and unlikely to see significant play in high-level Magic: the Gathering tournaments.
