Heart Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Ron Spencer first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's a key card in 1 combos.
Heart Sliver is particularly beneficial in aggressive Sliver tribal decks, as it allows all Sliver creatures to attack immediately, enhancing the deck's tempo and pressure on opponents. While it’s a solid choice for such decks, a card like **Gemhide Sliver** or **Manaweft Sliver** could be considered better, as they not only provide mana acceleration but also support a broader strategy by enabling more powerful plays earlier in the game. However, Heart Sliver should definitely see play in a dedicated Sliver deck focused on speed and aggression, especially in formats where Slivers are viable.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
