A Spellslinger or Spells Matter deck would benefit from using Glacial Dragonhunt due to its dual card draw and removal potential, especially in a synergy-heavy strategy with plenty of nonland cards to discard. However, there are potentially better options with similar effects, such as Electrolyze, which has more immediate value and flexibility in targeting creatures or players, making it a stronger choice for most decks unless specifically built around the discard aspect of Glacial Dragonhunt. Overall, Glacial Dragonhunt may be a niche include in certain deck archetypes but could generally be overshadowed by more versatile alternatives.
