About Complete Disregard
Complete Disregard, Instant, designed by Peter Mohrbacher first released in Oct, 2015 in the set Battle for Zendikar.
A deck focused on controlling the board and removing smaller threats would benefit from including Complete Disregard in its strategy. While it's a solid removal spell for dealing with creatures with power 3 or less, there are more versatile options like Fatal Push or Dismember that can handle a wider range of threats and see more play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks. Complete Disregard could be a situational sideboard card in specific metagames, but it may not be a top choice for main deck inclusion.
