Zhalfirin Decoy, Creature — human soldier, designed by Paul Scott Canavan first released in May, 2019 in the set Modern Horizons and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This Zhalfirin Decoy card would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggro deck that focuses on quickly getting creatures onto the battlefield. While it can provide some control by tapping down opposing creatures, there are potentially better options like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben or Banisher Priest that offer more versatile effects. However, if the deck's strategy heavily relies on tapping down threats, Zhalfirin Decoy could still see play as a situational card in the right meta.

Zhalfirin Decoy’s ability can be activated even if a creature entered the battlefield under your control only before Zhalfirin Decoy entered the battlefield, and even if that creature has left the battlefield.
