This card, War Room, would benefit decks that have commanders with a diverse color identity, as it allows for card draw at the cost of life equal to the number of colors in the commanders' color identity. Decks with three or more colors would likely benefit the most from this card, as they can easily pay the life cost for card advantage. However, there are better cards for card draw in Commander format such as Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora, which provide consistent card draw without the life payment. War Room could see play in decks looking for additional card draw options, but may not be a staple choice compared to more efficient options available.
