About Tolarian Serpent

Tolarian Serpent, Creature — serpent, designed by Stuart Griffin first released in Jun, 1997 in the set Weatherlight.

This Tolarian Serpent card could be beneficial in a mill deck strategy in Magic: The Gathering, where the goal is to force your opponent to draw cards from their library until they can no longer do so and lose the game by running out of cards. However, there are more efficient mill cards available, such as Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mind Funeral, which can mill a larger number of cards at once. Tolarian Serpent may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play, but could still be a fun inclusion in a casual mill deck for its unique flavor and ability.

Rules
