Stampeding Horncrest would be a great addition to a red aggressive Dinosaur tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can provide a fast and powerful threat with haste when you have other Dinosaurs on the battlefield. However, there are potentially better options like Regisaur Alpha, which not only grants haste to all your Dinosaurs but also creates a 3/3 Dinosaur token, making it a stronger choice for tribal synergies. Overall, Stampeding Horncrest could see play in specific Dinosaur-focused decks, but there are more impactful Dinosaur cards available that may be preferred in competitive play.

If it’s the turn Stampeding Horncrest comes under your control, and it loses haste after being declared as an attacker, it will continue to attack. It won’t be removed from combat. On the other hand, if it loses haste before your declare attackers step, it won’t be able to attack.
