Skyreaping, Sorcery, designed by Seb McKinnon first released in May, 2020 in the set Born of the Gods and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck focused on green devotion in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from using Skyreaping to deal damage to creatures with flying based on the player's devotion to green. However, there are potentially better cards like Hurricane or Squall Line for this purpose, as they have a wider range of impact beyond just creatures with flying. Whether Skyreaping should see play would depend on the specific strategy and focus of the deck it's being considered for.

Numeric mana symbols (, , and so on) in mana costs of permanents you control don’t count toward your devotion to any color.
