Shadow Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Warren Mahy first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Shadow Sliver would be particularly beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck that focuses on utilizing the unique mechanics of Slivers to create a synergistic and aggressive strategy. By granting all Sliver creatures shadow, it can create a unique combat dynamic where only creatures with shadow can interact with your Slivers, potentially allowing for unblocked attacks. However, the effectiveness of Shadow Sliver may be limited in formats where shadow creatures are scarce, and other cards like Sliver Hivelord or Sliver Queen could provide more impactful benefits, such as resilience and versatility. Overall, while Shadow Sliver can be fun and thematic, its competitive viability may be questionable compared to more powerful Sliver options.

Multiple instances of shadow on the same creature are redundant.

Once a creature has been blocked, that creature remains blocked and will deal and be dealt combat damage even if it gains or loses shadow or if the blocking creature gains or loses shadow.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
